PADDOCKS

All grassland is well managed benefiting from David's expertise gained from many years of livestock and dairy farming .

Small post and railed and hedged paddocks accommodate mares and new born foals.  Hygiene and parasite management of these areas is high priority with daily removal of all droppings.

STABLING

We have a range of ‘Monarch’ internal units ranging from standard 12 x 12 to 15 x 15 foaling  boxes. There are separate isolation boxes.

All stable floors are fully fitted with sealed Quattro Supermats which provide a safe, warm and hygienic surface but for extra comfort we do use bedding as well.

LOADING RAMP

A well designed loading ramp assists with difficult loaders and ensures a safer and less stressful experience for mares and foals and handlers.

FEED

Top quality hay is bought in from a local organic farm.

Mares are fed on stud rations and mineral licks are freely available.

Individual dietary requirements can always be accommodated.
